Dendeng balado (beef with chili sauce) is West Sumatra cuisine made from thin slices and the width of dried beef and fried dry. This fried meat flavored with chili paste (bumbu balado).
Seasonings and cook process method are varied because there are many versions. However, there are mandatory in this balado seasoning is salt, onion, red chilies, and lime juice. This difference makes “dendeng balado” also performed in various crispy and taste levels, but still delicious.
